I actually think Erik could've won if he didn't get voted out.
He would've easily won the last 2 immunity challenges, and winning the last 5 in a row is something the jury can respect.
In an Erik vs Parvati final 2, he would've definitely gotten Ozzy and James, probably Eliza because Parvati was bitchy to her, and maybe even Jason because he was a fellow fan (and male for that matter).
Even Probst thinks that he could've won if he didn't make such a dumb move.

I think Parvati got alot of credit this season. Although she played well, Cirie was the one who owned this season really. She was the mastermind behind all the major blindsides that included ozzy, yao man and Erik. It was her idea that Nat put into play and Cirie worked Erik so much that he gave the neckalace. I think credit should be given where it is due and Cirie was really awesome this season.

In Erik's case, however, Erik was their target for the last several tribals, and every girl admitted that they can't trust him. He was on an immunity run, and his only physical threat was Amanda. Had he kept immunity, he was a lock for the final two/three. Complete stupidity.
