First there is no freedom of religious expression. It's simple your right to speak freely with out LEGAL persecution. It's kinda like innocent until proven guilty IN A COURT OF LAW. Outside a court of law community consensus is free to find someone guilty.

1. upon taking office there is always a change. Bush did it in the middle of his second term. He also did it to politically influence the US Justice Department and key local elections.
2. There was never a full recount. MN gets multiple recounts and 6 months. Not Gore.
3. If a public option passes he is back above 60% or higher. I accept this is conjuncture, let's watch and see.

The court settled on a couple that were not as strong for gore as other areas. The recount was stopped due to town hall bully tactics.
