@ottoman42 We spent as much time as was possible when we did the project. We had other classes we had to attend and do homework for as well, and classes at Full Sail last 4 hours each. Thanks for your comments.
I don't know why they turned down lunch from that nice boy in the office. He seemed so eager and helpful. I guess some people just don't know how good they've got it.
@ottoman42 It was more of a time and resources restriction rather than not knowing better. We did the best we could with the time and equipment we had a the time, but I agree that much of the audio could have sounded better.
Well as a non-professional (in the context of sound) but as a B-I-G fan of L&OCI, I thought it was brilliant - absolutely hilarious! Thanks guys. Great entertainment.
Good job guys.. but your audio for your scenes in the offices was the worst out of all the clips.. not to be critical but wasn't that the whole point of the video?
Unfortunately, we didn't have access to the good audio equipment for much of our film. We had to resort to the crappy mic on the camera (not even a prosumer camera). It would have been great to have some nice, professional equipment for the whole thing, but we had to work with what we had. Thank you for the comment though.
It was really a good job though. I found the humor in the commentary and idea behind the whole thing.. and I was just messing with you about the quality.. keep up the good work.
@ottoman42 Due to the fact that we had less than a week to shoot and completely edit this project (we spent over 40 hours working on it, including an all-nighter the last night before it was due) we didn't have time to go in and perform a lot of audio-post tweaking. We both have experience removing hiss and other audio issues using Pro Tools, but we just ran out of time for this project.
WOW! You guys are so talented! I love this video! Great job!

The lunch dude reminds me of a stoner guy I knew in high school
"It's lunch time, right?, I've been here an hour, so I am gonna to lunch...." lmao
I am a LOCI fan and happened to find this video
The funny thing is I also like behind the scenes making of films stuff
The script and scenes were great
Also, kidda feel like I got a free lesson:
Audio it the one thing most taken for granted, if done right no one notices.

Well considering its all about audio you probably should've spent more time on it. That all being said it's better than I remember.

The sound is hiss-tac-ular. I would assume Full Sail people would know better. But apparently not.

@Hecate1 Thanks. The opening is actually a shot-for-shot parody of the L&O CI opening.

Yeah but you do not need No-Noise to get rid of hiss. ;)

Brilliantly awesome. Shaun Kendall and Josh Miller are geniuses. And Tom Allen is very convincing in his cameo appearance.
