There are many different tricks that require bending spoons. This explains the most basic one. The real magic trick is far more amazing and is the only "Magic trick" I have ever been amazed by. The trick shows the entire spoon, no shaking and just seemingly melts and hardens again. Best one ever.

I've praticed the Metal Bending Art for 15 years.. and I'm sorry to say that unfortunately, you fail. First, your presentation is poor, but also your attempt to reveal some secret that you don't even master is not part of our "code" if you like to call it that way.

Nina kulunagri or whatever her name is was one of the first documented "psyshics" capable of moving objects with her mind as well as bending objects like spoons. However many believe that all of it was a hoax by the USSR to frighten their enemies, others believe she was genuine. Whatever really happened, today spoon bending is done as a "trick". Yuri Geller was more or less a performer, not a psychic. I'll respond again with 2 other ways you can bend spoons

@JapplengUniversity As promised I said I would explain how to bend spoons in two different ways. Well, the first way is to bend a spoon until it's at the edge of breaking. Make sure it's set back to a normal looking position so people will think there's nothing wrong with it. Next, bang it against the table, glass, whatever, but very lightly to show it's solid. Show that you can bend it as well with your fingers holding the top of the spoon and other fingers holding the "neck". it should snap.

@JapplengUniversity Now at this point you should only have two fingers holding the "neck" of the spoon and then wiggle it around but hold it tight and slowly let your grip loosen. The head will tilt sideways and eventually fall off.

The second method that I know is that you can get specially made spoons that bend when rubbed, and melt at slightly higher temperatures. This kind of spoon is made out of gallium. You can even make it melt in warm water, have fun!

Uri Geller is certainly the most famous of the spoon bending lot. But, I don't think he had the original idea that it proved telekinetic abilities.

Its a really really thing string witch is attacked to your thumb and goes the back of your head and over the head, in the hair, infront of the face down to the card which is attached with candl wax. excuse my spelling
