  • It's true, though. The biggest problem for weight-gain is sugars, not fats. All the big marketing companies TOTALLY screwed us trying to say that their food was devoid of fats, however rich in sugars. Subway is a good example, they advertise having 6 gs of fat or less in their sandwiches as a marketing campaign but if you look at a nutritional facts sheet, the fat content is often outweighed MANY times by the sugar/carb content.

    Eating the right fats can reduce your weight.

  • I agree with what you say however what is the need of bread other than acting a glue for the fat?

  • The specific carbohydrate diet, SCD, seems that it does not allow any grains.

  • Question, you seem well versed in diets, so what's the difference between your diet and the so called atkins diet, me being an ignorant slob, I don't know what the difference is.

    atkins eleminates carb because it triggers insulin which turn to a starving monester so you got to eat any kind protein and fat to inactivate insulin. mine is using non dietry fibre and good quality of fat which never deposit in your body but it will turn into fuel

  • Just curious, you spend some time making these videos (I appreciate it), you seem well off, you have a few gadgets and a roomy car (from what I see), I take you must spend a lot of time reading, researching and learning, but what do you do for a living?
