I'm like these children. Except now I'm 15 and have learned to fake a smile everyday. It's not a specific parent who dominated the other one. They both hurt each other. (my mom usually started it) I've lived in fear for so long. They finally got a divorce this year and I live with my dad. Thank God, my dad's the one who truly loves me. I'm never gonna be good enough for my mom. But even though they've been seperated, it doesn't change a thing. I still feel hurt. And it'll never go away...

I know this feeling. I was 20 years old when I felt safe for the first time. I saw abuse from my father, and my boyfriend. I can so relate to this video and song. Thank you for sharing it.

i know the feeling and sight of abuse cause i watch my daddy hit my mom from the time i was 2 or 3 utill i was nearly 14 years old even though i have aspbergers i watched a lot of things that scared me form him
