Actually this mission,the last one,is not so hard.In Gaspar's room you'll find another health refill,then you procede to kill Sosa.I had ready the refill code(medik)when I went against Sosa,and I used it,but by that time Sosa was already dead,so I guess i didn't cheat.I've found the Nacho cargo ship mission way harder than this.
