@Sprakle347 Hospitals tend to suggest things that make birth more convenient for them and doctors, not for mother and child. Also, they are usually privately ran facilities, and profit from the most complicated procedures. I've known plenty of people who were convinced cecareans were the right route, when it was completely unnecessary, because their doctor made much more money from the procedure. :( Watch "The Business Of Being Born" to learn more. Wonderful movie.
