ali, at the age of 40 had the shit beaten out of him brutally, for 10 rounds by larry holmes. he had his jaw broken by frazier and norton on two seperate occasions and took a large number of foremans best shots, as well as fraziers and in the later part of his career many others e.g. shavers. there were evident signs of mental deteriation in ali long before the end of his career, you only have to watch his later interviews with frazier to see that.

um, when did klitschko lose a bout by "poison"? you're points are ludicrous as well, ali was in a huge number of brutal 12 round fights with some of the biggest punchers in history in which he took a large number of their best shots. Throughout his career he got far more damaged than all of the fighters you mentioned in your video, due in part to his incredible chin and heart which prevented him from being knocked out and subsequently caused him to sustain a greater amount of punishment
