It is entirely possible that he is being told what to say but he seems quite natural in his answers. In the first part of his interview he said that he is scared and that it is "unnerving" being a prisoner but compare that to the condition the US keeps their prisoners. سبق أن أعلن الأخ / ذبيح الله مجاهد الناطق الرسمي لإمارة أفغانستان الإسلامية طالبان في يوم 6/7/2009 عن قيام المجاهدين في الإمارة الإسلامية بأسر أحد جنود العدو الأمريكي في ولاية بكتيكا

وجدير بالذكر أن المجاهدين بقاموا بأسر الجندي الأمريكي في يوم 30/5/2009 قرب مقر "ملخ" بمقاطعة يوسف خيل بولاية بكتيكا. وقد قصد المجاهدون في الإمارة الإسلامية عدم الإعلان عن هذا الخبر في حينه لإجبار العدو الأمريكي على الإعلان عن خسائره بنفسه والذي انتظر 3 أيام ليقوم بذلك!

الجندي الأمريكي الأسير بخير وبصحة ممتازة ويعامل معاملة كريمة ووفقا للوائح إمارة أفغانستان الإسلامية الخاصة بأسرى الحرب وأي قرار سيصدر بخصوص الجندي الأمريكي الأسير هو من اختصاص ومن اعتماد المقام العالي لإمارة أفغانستان الإسلامية ::حفظه الله::
