Good job on getting the dimensions of Euros across to Emmalene. And you had so many countries, too. It's a shame the motives were indistinguishable.

I find it crazy that there are 20 cent pieces and 50 cent pieces. We have 50 cent pieces but they aren't really in circulation. The 2 cent piece is a crazy idea. Most of the coins look to be the same size as the loonies and toonies here. We don't have different mottos from different provinces or anything, but we do have images from certain provinces on coins (bluenose is on our 10 cent coin)

So you don't get any change back? Prices here are made for all these coins: 1,99 €, 2,49 € and so on. So it makes sense, in some way.

We get change, but we don't have things like the 2 cent piece or anything like that

we have 1 cent 5 cent 10 cent 25 cent 1 coin 2 dollar coin then our paper money. there is technically a 50 cent coin but no one ever uses them. we don't have any funky in between number coins

Ah, I see. I don't use the copper coins much, either. But 50 Cent can come in handy, sometimes.

Yeah, but do you remember how it felt like when we changed from Mark to Euro? Suddenly all the ginormous 5 Mark coins where gone, and 50 Cent felt so big, in comparison to 50 Pfennig.

Yeah. It kinda sucks that you can't adjust the focus on the video camera. But it's still better than my digital camera, having 640x480 and stuff.

Yeah, a macro mode would be cool sometimes. But for a camera that's always within reach, the quality is pretty good, I think. :)
