I think this is really good, and well made and stuff, but you /might/ want to consider putting a warning in the description that there's cutting or self-harm or whatever you want to call it in it, just because it can cause some people who used to cut to relapse. just an idea

THANX so much! the over exposure was added in post production and it was shot on an OLD digital hi8 camera. so the quality was really bad. soft glow was added to make the pixelation smoother and i slowed the frame rate about 20%.

i love this video. its so real when she cuts her wrist how the blood pours out. at least you know wat ur doind unlike these little suicidal vids of the blood drippind out and then their dead. your vid shows how it really happens.. love it

hmm good question, i dont really remember exactly. it was a mix i think of maple syrup and soy sauce, maybe corn starch.... BUT this was in black and white so as long as the color is dark enough to look like blood and thick enuff.. iono goodluck

What a nice short film you've done. I wouldn't worry about the quality of the video - it's fine for the subject. The important thing is that you told a story, created a mood and have made something touching. I would pull it in a bit - understate the drama - and the next time you will make a winner. Just check the gestures, and the melodrama and you will make a movie that will pull everyone in.
