@thewordofgod2010 My goodness. Do you need to see a chiropractor after all that twisting. The CREATOR of heaven and earth ordained the Shabbat & described it as a sign between HIS PEOPLE and Himself. It was a GIFT to us. You are welcome to follow what some pope decreed, or the twisted logic of those raised and trained to think like that, but as for me and mine, we are going to follow our Elohim, YHVH, and HIS Word (not what man TELLS us Scripture says but what it ACTUALLY says)
Romans 2:29 says, "But he is a Jew who is one inwardly; and circumcision is that which is of the heart, by the Spirit, not by the letter; and his praise is not from men, but from God."
You call this RUMORS? Paul said physical circumsion is nothing. circumcision which is of the heart, by the Spirit, is pleasing to God. Circumcision is a shadow of a new heart/person, born of the Spirit.
@DoorPostMinistries "Circumcision of the heart comes from the law of Moses." Wrong! It's a mere shadow. Circumcision of the heart is of the Holy Spirit.
Why? Colossians 2:16-17. Paul said do not let anyone judge you {Gentile Christians} regarding the food you eat {forbidden by the food law} and not observing any sabbaths {including 7th day). These are a mere shadow. They are meaningless because the reality beongs to Christ. Christ "canceled the written code, with its regulations, that was against us and that stood opposed to us; he took it away, nailing it to the cross."
Christ did not cancel any law. Read Mat 5:17-19 Paul is addressing new Christians with Gentile background that were not familiar with the Torah/law. He told them not to let people judge them now that they were observing God's law. James gives new Gentile believers a starting point. No blood, kosher kill, no fornication. Why the kosher instructions to new believers??? Do you obey these new testament laws?? They would learn the rest as they observed the sabbath which was still kept in every city.
Paul did not teach anyone to abandon the law. Those were rumors that he put to rest by taking a Nazarite vow in Acts 15. Those rumors still persist today and sadly many Christians still believe them. Pau speaking: Rom 3:31 Do we then make void the law through faith? God forbid: yea, we establish the law. Law not voided as taught. In fact Paul establishes it. So Jesus says he came not to destroy the law and Paul teaches the law is not voided. Why is the exact opposite taught? Jude 1:3
@DoorPostMinistries Rumors? You should study Paul's letters. When James and the elders confronted Paul, Paul never denied it. The letter they wrote to the Gentile Christians show that the Gentile believers are not obligated to keep Jewish customs. The advice the gave Paul was to take a vow, to show that Paul "also walk orderly, keeping the Law", which he should as a Jew.
@DoorPostMinistries Clearly Paul teached, "But now we have been released from the Law, having died to that by which we were bound, so that we serve in newness of the Spirit and not in oldness of the letter." (Romans 7:6) Gal. 2:16, Paul preached, "a man is not justified by observing the law, but by faith in Jesus Christ. put our faith in Christ Jesus ... justified by faith in Christ and not by observing the law, because by observing the law no one will be justified."
@ZQProLang Like the video shows, you can believe ANYTHING, you simply cannot SUPPORT your belief. The words you speak TWIST Scripture. In fact they sound a lot like... "Of course you can eat the apple, Eve. TRUST ME. You don't have to worry about what HE said! Go on; take a bite"
..the law. Verse 25 says, "But concerning the Gentiles who have believed, we wrote, having decided that they should abstain from meat sacrificed to idols and from blood and from what is strangled and from fornication.”
The Scripture is clear. Gentile Christians are not required to observe any sabbath days.
@ZQProLang There is only ONE faith. How can there be TWO "right ways". YHVH told HIS PEOPLE to observe the Shabbat for all generation. Then He sends He Son, who ONLY did what He saw or heard from His Father, to invent a NEW way? Not a chance. You are believing the lies programed into you. Break free, my friend. Trust Scripture, not a seminary, or a Ph.d, or some pastor.
@elskid206 Galatians 2:16 says, "know that a man is not justified by observing the law, but by faith in Jesus Christ. So we, too, have put our faith in Christ Jesus that we may be justified by faith in Christ and not by observing the law, because by observing the law no one will be justified."
@DoorPostMinistries said, "Who said we obey the law to be justified. We are justified by faith in Christ. And because of this faith we are obedient to his law." Show me Biblical proof that faith is obedient to his law? If you not, this is satanic ideology.
@elskid206 "Never said a man IS justified by the Law. It is merely obedience. Do you obey the what the Father says?" If you can't justified by the law, your obedience to the law is merely religious. My obedience to the Father is by the new nature He gave me. This is pure obedience by nature, not by outwardly religious laws keeping.
Act 15:21 For Moses of old time hath in every city them that preach him, being read in the synagogues every sabbath day.
If we continue reading we see it was expected the new believers to observe the sabbath. Not even a point of discussion. All believers observed the sabbath.
@DoorPostMinistries The Jews observe the Sabbath because the Sabbath was given to them. It's their customs, not for the Gentiles. As long they were in Israel, the sabbath were kept by the Jews; their religious leaders did not accept the Gospel and still trying to keeping the Law of Moses. The Apostles made it clear (Acts 15:6-11).
@ZQProLang You are wrong. The sabbath was given to the children of Israel not just the Jews. The Jews are only part of Israel. There were 12 tribes- two kingdoms. The northern kingdom, Israel, was not Jewish, the southern kingdom, Judah, was Jewish. And when anyone accepts Christ they are grafted into Israel. And since Israel was given the Sabbath, it now pertains to new Gentile believers.
@DoorPostMinistries "You are wrong. The sabbath was given to the children of Israel not just the Jews. The Jews are only part of Israel. There were 12 tribes- two kingdoms." All Jews are descendants of Israel (Jacob), lost tribes or not, they are Jews. The Sabbath is a covenant made between God and Israel, not the Gentiles.
@ZQProLang Also, since you brought it up, do you observe the instructions that James gave to all new Gentile believers in verse 25. The 1st 4 things they should observe now that they have come into the faith. Or has Jesus set you free from this? But wait, this is many years after the cross and James is telling Gentile believers to follow Moses/Torah and study it each sabbath. I guess James didn't get the memo that Jesus cancelled the Torah. See how James and the Elders concerned about Paul because of his teachings. Paul taught the Gentiles Christians, including Jews, to abandon the ..
Its a lovely presentation, but why does everybody conveniently ignore the first part of Isaiah 66:23 'New Moons'? If you want to worship the Creator, then you must also folow Ezekiel 46:1-3 and worship Him on New Moon Days & Sabbath Days, BUT NOT THE 6 WORKING DAYS. The temple wasnt open on the 6 working days, so you cannot worship the creator on those days. So work days are different to New moon or Sabbath Days. Who worships on New Moon Day? Please, can anyone show me that sect? I want to know!
@delawarecop You are correct, we are supposed to celebrate the New Moons. Most people don't because they have no idea how to do so. Num 10:10 Also at your times of rejoicing--your appointed feasts and New Moon festivals--you are to sound the trumpets over your burnt offerings and fellowship offerings. Hebrew term for offering, korban, comes from the root "to come close" Mans goal is to strive to come as close to Yahweh as one possibly can. We now offer Spiritual sacrifices.
(continuing) Burnt offering (Olah/sin) represents the purifying of one's thoughts. Consecration of oneself to Elohim. Fellowship/Peace offering (Shlamim- a voluntary offering, making things right with your family and friends. This will give you peace/rest in your spirit)
Take this solemn time to repent/ turn back to him. When everyone is finished, blow the shofar in the room where everyone has taken this time to go before Adonai. Your re-dedication to Elohim has been received.
@DoorPostMinistries So if New Moon Days arent Sabbaths or Working days, then has anyone resolved the Creators Calendar properly as yet? If so, how do they calculate the Feast of Pentecost using New moons, Sabbaths, and Working Days? I have seen many different versions but none seem to match all the conditions of scriptrue! Do you have any insight?
@delawarecop We are in the midst of the restoration of all things. The calendar is a great source of division among believers. We believe the Lunar sabbath is false. The New Moon is a day. It falls on week days, it falls on sabbaths. I believe the count of fifty days proves the lunar sabbath false. Lev 23:15 Starting on day after the sabbath, count seven sabbaths, 49 days, the next day is number 50. A new moon had to land during the 49 days up to the last sabbath and it was counted.
Is this not the fast that I have Choosen? to loosethe bands of wickedness, and to undo the heavy burdens, and to let the oppressed go free, and that ye break EVRY YOKE? If thy turn away thy foot from the Sabbath ,from doing thy pleasure on my HOLY DAY; And call the sabbath a DELIGHT,the holy of the LORD {JESUS},honorable; and shalt honor him,not doing thine own ways, nor finding thine own pleasure, NOR SPEAKING THINE OWN WORDS {But MINE ONLY } THEN shalt thou delight thyself in the LORD !
@delawarecop I observe the new moon. THE calendar... the one created by the Father (not the one created by a pope which we have been forced to follow) is extremely important and, though I am no expert on it and all of its ramifications, I do "observe" the new moon. I would agree, it is overlooked by many who really should be aware of it. I also try to use numbers instead of names for the months. I think it helps to better understand/relate to various Scriptures.
@elskid206 I agree, the problem with those who stick to a strict 7 day cycle are shown incorrect when considering the Jericho problem. How can the israelites march 7 days in full battle armour blowing trumpets, etc.. Wouldn't they be breaking the Sabbath on one of those days? But if they started marching on the first day of the 7th month for example, then they would have marched on the New Moon Day and 6 Working Days, but not on the Sabbath which would have been the 8th Day.
@delawarecop Google "sightedmoon". J. Dumond. The guy loses me, but if he is wrong it is CERTAINLY NOT for lack of effort. The guy is consumed with the calendar and, as you might guess by the title, the moon is a big part of it. "AS IN THE DAYS OF NOAH"... scary words. And in the end times, when the church is not raptured before the tribulation, they will be just as lost and clamoring outside as those in Noah's day. The church is an invention of man, not YHVH.
@elskid206 I agree - all churches of organized religions are an invention of man, but the true church has one high priest, Christ. Those of us who listen to Him & Obey are the members of His body. There is only one faith and that is Christ. All other faiths are fakes. There isnt any kind of Rapture until the Last Trump when Chrsit returns for all the world to see. The New Moon begins the new month and the recount of days because Psalm 81:3 points to the New Moon & Full Moon for feasts
The New Moon Feast is every month, but most importantly the 1st Day of the 7th Month. And New Moon Feasts are passover/Feast of Unleavened bread & also Feast of Tabernacles on the 15th Day of the 7th Month. Both of these important feats always fall on Full Moon if we follow the Creators Lunar based Calendar. But any other calendar and those feasts can fall on any day, thus nullifying the words of God. Is God a liar or man? I trust God & His calendar.
@delawarecop That sounds an awful lot like "new testament" church sort of thinking. There is no such thing as the "church". I am not part of a "church" as is thought of today. I am part of Israel, whose high priest is our Messiah. Israel is a "congregation" which dates back to the tribes of Israel. Peter told "the men of Israel" to "repent". That is a Hebrew concept of teshuvah or to return to the one true Elohim and His Torah. Remember, the Messiah came for HIS LOST SHEEP.
Great video! But here's a little addendum to the good work that You've done ... The Apostle Paul said .... Ephesians 6:1-3 Children, obey your parents in the Lord, for this is right. "Honor your father and mother"--which is the first commandment with a promise-- "that it may go well with you and that you may enjoy long life on the earth."
Continued ... Paul confirmed that this commandment and the promise are valid for Gentile believers, and also that this commandment holds a specific position in a particular list of other valid commandments which had previously been taught to the Gentile believers in Ephesus. Paul was quoting from the Ten Commandments in Deuteronomy 5, where the commandment to "Honor your father and mother" follows in order immediately after the commandment to observe the seventh-day Sabbath.
@adysaxman77 2 Colossians 2:16 Let no man therefore judge you in meat, or in drink, or in respect of an holyday, or of the new moon, or of the sabbath days:....the first four commandments where hung on the cross
@MrShirley1977 Tell me where in the Bible there is a law against drinking anything? Except in the case of the Nazarine vow which was solely for an Israelite man. The sabbath days (plural) are in relation to the Feasts of Yah, and the apostle Paul said let no one judge you for observing them, not for un-observing them! The sacrificial laws are nailed to the cross, where on earth do you get the misinformation that the first four commandments were?
Oh so you will go to a Hindu temple and worship there gods and bow to there idols n its ok (since the first four commandments are 'hung on the cross?' Sin is the transgression of the law! Christ said love God with all your heart (1st 4 commands) secondly love your neighbor as yourself commands 5-10
Catholic = Universal meaning that Catholics worship all gods EXCEPT YHWH 'cause YHWH will not be worshiped like or with other gods, which are actually demons posing as gods. Our TRUE Mighty One, YHWH, is a jealous Mighty One and refuses to share His TRUE worship from His creation with ANY other mighty one 'cause they are not mighty ones, at all, but demons who, like their master, Satan, desire to be worshiped AS a mighty one. Christian's have been lied to & bought into the lie lock stock barrel.
Ok guys if you consider yourself a real Christian, visit this girls bonbooms page. and comment with some truth. please. she is so confused and her mind has been warped by satan and hate. She doesn't believe in Paul, WHAT?? hahaha please help her out. I cant understand why people make it hobby to hate GOD. it's like they still find their purpose thrpough HIM. cant deny that
@bibleprophecy1st Mat 24:20 "But pray ye that your flight be not in the winter, neither on the Sabbath Day"
SO .. the Shabbat isn´t abolished ofc. since when we delete the Laws on our own account?
u shall not murder. yet YHWH commanded to kill the giants/fallen angels descendant´s tribes. does it mean we must decide now allow to murder?.. pfff !
Yeshua can do whatever He wants He s the Shabbat Lord. He said the Shabbat is for men. NOT ABOLISHED. rather the pharisee were calling 'work' what isn´t
If it is still a sin to work on Sunday as recorded in the Ten Commandments then Jesus sinned and commanded others to sin.
Luk 6:1 And it came to pass on the second sabbath after the first, that he (Jesus) went through the corn fields; and his disciples plucked the ears of corn, and did eat, rubbing them in their hands.
Joh 5:8 Jesus saith unto him, Rise, take up thy bed, and walk. (on the Sabbath)
The Sabbath was never changed to Sunday. Jesus simply changed some of the Laws of Moses (an eye for and eye, divorce and remarriage) as well as changing one of his own commandment sense it was Jesus that gave the Ten Commandments to Moses in the first place. Jesus said himself "Before Abraham was I Am" he was the "I AM" that Moses was to say if asked who sent him.
The sabbath day was changed by roman who converted and still wanted to include their paegan customs of sun worship hence the name "Sun"day look it up. And easter is that way as well. It is proven that christ would had to have died on a wednesday and arose on a saturday to complete a rotation of 3 complete days and 3 complete nights. Great vid dude.
The insinuation was that Peter did eat unclean meats. Christ was willing to keep company with prostitutes and samaritans etc, he even did 'work' on the Sabbath, which got him in trouble with the religious zealots of the time. I think the Law is good, there are blessings in keeping it, but it is not necessary. Live the spirit of it, take a day off, that day should probably be Saturday. But lets not be legalists, it leads to Pharisee-ism which is exactly what crucified Christ in the first place
@tweezy100 The snake had a similar argument in the garden. He ALSO convinced man to ignore what YHVH told His people to do. "I think the Law is good". We should not CARE what men think. The question is, "What does Scripture say?" "Take a day off". How ignorant. SCRIPTURE says "honor" or remember or "GUARD" the Shabbat. Muslims worship something on friday. Pagans worship something on sunday. The Creator of all things said, "Guard the Shabbat". I think I will.
with all due respect, I would ask you to read Acts 10:28 again, Peter is speaking of a prior conviction that God had shown him to be incorrect, after all Jesus Himself insisted on traveling thru Samaria, which was also a taboo, and spoke with a woman of ill-repute, huge taboo. Anyways its clear in that passage if you read on, "But God has shown me that I should NOT call any man common or unclean, so when I was called for I came WITHOUT objection. Gentiles are accepted. 2Thes 1
Well, the gentiles being 'grafted' into Israel early on in church history were not required to get circumcised? Nor eat only clean meats, yet they gained the gift of the Holy Spirit. If God were offended at the gentiles, would He not hold back His gift from them? In all my years of attending churches on Sunday, I've never met anyone who claimed it was the 'Sabbath'. Just a celebration of the day our Lord was Resurrected. You know NOT the day he was dead or 'rested' but the day he gave us hope.
@tweezy100 Hi Tweezy - you have some good points there. Circumcision was not required because it was between the House of Judah and God. The House of Judah included the sons of Judah, Benjamin and Levi. The House of Israel refers to the other 10 tribes/sons and were scattered all around the world after being taken into captivity. The laws of clean and unclean still stand. When Peter saw the vision from God, it was because he was not accepting and gentiles into the way Jesus had taught.
@tweezy100 Peter considered gentiles to be 'unclean', note Acts 10:28 which explains Peter was not to refuse fellowship to gentiles. Our Lord was not resurrected on a Sunday as tradition holds. If He were to have died on Friday, again as tradition holds, there is no way he could have been dead for 3 days and 3 nights. The cave was empty when they arrived - Jesus had already risen - on the Sabbath. The Sunday resurrection is another erroneous teaching. Peace and knowledge to you.
Mat 28:1 Now after the Shabbat, as it began to dawn on the first day of the Sabbaths, Miryam from Magdala and the other Miryam came to see the tomb.
Mar 16:1 When the Shabbat was past, Miryam from Magdala, and Miryam the mother of Ya`akov, and Shalomit, bought spices, that they might come and anoint him. Mar 16:2 Very early on the first day of the Sabbaths, they came to the tomb when the sun had risen.
I am dissappointed at the Golden opportunity the maker of this video had.
But thats because "church" teaching is still identifiable within the video.
In Acts 20:7, if further research had been done, we would see that the KOINE GREEK
of this verse reveals even MORE INTERESTING facts concering the events of this passage.
The proper translation should be "ON THE FIRST DAY OF THE SABBATHS"(yes, plural sabbaths), cause you count 7 SABBATHS BETWEEN FEAST OF FIRST FRUITS AND PENTECOST
@redsox141978 How do we know Sha'ul(Paul) was celebrating First Fruits, or the WAVE SHEAF offering? Because, in order, the Moed'im(apointed or set times), also known as the Feasts of Israel found in Leviticus 23, Pesach(passover) Unleavened bread Wave Sheaf offering(First Fruits) Shavu-ot(pentecost) Yom Teruah(rosh hashannah) Yom Kippur(day of atonement) Sukkot(tabernacles) How do what part of the list was next for Paul?
Something to consider! And then accept!!! Ten commandments are not just given to guide us, that would mean we could interprete them, no, it means we have to HOLD them, doing what it says in act and thought. Let His church grow without any building, just by video's like this it can be possible if He Blesses it!
Thank you PostMinistries, i now have an strong argument, i'll just send this link around!
I am truly thankful and blown away by your presentation of this subject. THANK YOU!!! Even though this is information I know, I have never ever seen this explained so simply, yet thoroughly and lovingly and purposefully. AMAZING!!! My only question is what are the songs playing in the background?? I didn't see any info on that and loved the music. I know the 2nd one was Enya, but what about the other ones?
@Vicereine22 Thank you for your kind words. The music in order of appearance is Psiliamo by George Skaroulis on his album Numinous. Boadicea by Enya and Ceremony by Ah Nee Mah from their album Ancient Voices. All available on Itunes.

I want to know!
delawarecop 2 months ago
@delawarecop You are correct, we are supposed to celebrate the New Moons. Most people don't because they have no idea how to do so. Num 10:10 Also at your times of rejoicing--your appointed feasts and New Moon festivals--you are to sound the trumpets over your burnt offerings and fellowship offerings. Hebrew term for offering, korban, comes from the root "to come close" Mans goal is to strive to come as close to Yahweh as one possibly can. We now offer Spiritual sacrifices.
DoorPostMinistries 2 months ago

Do you have any insight?
delawarecop 2 months ago

I think it helps to better understand/relate to various Scriptures.
elskid206 1 day ago
@elskid206 I agree, the problem with those who stick to a strict 7 day cycle are shown incorrect when considering the Jericho problem. How can the israelites march 7 days in full battle armour blowing trumpets, etc.. Wouldn't they be breaking the Sabbath on one of those days? But if they started marching on the first day of the 7th month for example, then they would have marched on the New Moon Day and 6 Working Days, but not on the Sabbath which would have been the 8th Day.
delawarecop 1 day ago
@delawarecop Google "sightedmoon". J. Dumond. The guy loses me, but if he is wrong it is CERTAINLY NOT for lack of effort. The guy is consumed with the calendar and, as you might guess by the title, the moon is a big part of it. "AS IN THE DAYS OF NOAH"... scary words. And in the end times, when the church is not raptured before the tribulation, they will be just as lost and clamoring outside as those in Noah's day. The church is an invention of man, not YHVH.
elskid206 1 day ago
@elskid206 I agree - all churches of organized religions are an invention of man, but the true church has one high priest, Christ. Those of us who listen to Him & Obey are the members of His body. There is only one faith and that is Christ. All other faiths are fakes. There isnt any kind of Rapture until the Last Trump when Chrsit returns for all the world to see. The New Moon begins the new month and the recount of days because Psalm 81:3 points to the New Moon & Full Moon for feasts
delawarecop 1 day ago
The New Moon Feast is every month, but most importantly the 1st Day of the 7th Month. And New Moon Feasts are passover/Feast of Unleavened bread & also Feast of Tabernacles on the 15th Day of the 7th Month. Both of these important feats always fall on Full Moon if we follow the Creators Lunar based Calendar. But any other calendar and those feasts can fall on any day, thus nullifying the words of God. Is God a liar or man? I trust God & His calendar.
delawarecop 1 day ago
@delawarecop That sounds an awful lot like "new testament" church sort of thinking. There is no such thing as the "church". I am not part of a "church" as is thought of today. I am part of Israel, whose high priest is our Messiah. Israel is a "congregation" which dates back to the tribes of Israel. Peter told "the men of Israel" to "repent". That is a Hebrew concept of teshuvah or to return to the one true Elohim and His Torah. Remember, the Messiah came for HIS LOST SHEEP.

2 Colossians 2:16 Let no man therefore judge you in meat, or in drink, or in respect of an holyday, or of the new moon, or of the sabbath days:
MrShirley1977 4 months ago
Great video! But here's a little addendum to the good work that You've done ... The Apostle Paul said .... Ephesians 6:1-3 Children, obey your parents in the Lord, for this is right. "Honor your father and mother"--which is the first commandment with a promise-- "that it may go well with you and that you may enjoy long life on the earth."
adysaxman77 7 months ago

MrShirley1977 4 months ago
@MrShirley1977 Tell me where in the Bible there is a law against drinking anything? Except in the case of the Nazarine vow which was solely for an Israelite man. The sabbath days (plural) are in relation to the Feasts of Yah, and the apostle Paul said let no one judge you for observing them, not for un-observing them! The sacrificial laws are nailed to the cross, where on earth do you get the misinformation that the first four commandments were?
adysaxman77 4 months ago
@MrShirley1977

@adysaxman77 You make a very good point how Paul is confirming the validity of the commandments. Sorry for the late reply, this slipped by me.

Jesus in the Lord of the Sabbath. It is his actions and words that mean the most concerning that day.
It was he the rested on the seventh day!!!!

(on the Sabbath)
bibleprophecy1st 7 months ago

Great vid dude.
thepurpledragon5 9 months ago
The insinuation was that Peter did eat unclean meats. Christ was willing to keep company with prostitutes and samaritans etc, he even did 'work' on the Sabbath, which got him in trouble with the religious zealots of the time. I think the Law is good, there are blessings in keeping it, but it is not necessary. Live the spirit of it, take a day off, that day should probably be Saturday. But lets not be legalists, it leads to Pharisee-ism which is exactly what crucified Christ in the first place
tweezy100 10 months ago
@tweezy100 The snake had a similar argument in the garden. He ALSO convinced man to ignore what YHVH told His people to do. "I think the Law is good". We should not CARE what men think. The question is, "What does Scripture say?" "Take a day off". How ignorant. SCRIPTURE says "honor" or remember or "GUARD" the Shabbat. Muslims worship something on friday. Pagans worship something on sunday. The Creator of all things said, "Guard the Shabbat". I think I will.
elskid206 7 months ago
with all due respect, I would ask you to read Acts 10:28 again, Peter is speaking of a prior conviction that God had shown him to be incorrect, after all Jesus Himself insisted on traveling thru Samaria, which was also a taboo, and spoke with a woman of ill-repute, huge taboo. Anyways its clear in that passage if you read on, "But God has shown me that I should NOT call any man common or unclean, so when I was called for I came WITHOUT objection. Gentiles are accepted. 2Thes 1
tweezy100 10 months ago
Well, the gentiles being 'grafted' into Israel early on in church history were not required to get circumcised? Nor eat only clean meats, yet they gained the gift of the Holy Spirit. If God were offended at the gentiles, would He not hold back His gift from them? In all my years of attending churches on Sunday, I've never met anyone who claimed it was the 'Sabbath'. Just a celebration of the day our Lord was Resurrected. You know NOT the day he was dead or 'rested' but the day he gave us hope.
tweezy100 10 months ago
@tweezy100 Hi Tweezy - you have some good points there. Circumcision was not required because it was between the House of Judah and God. The House of Judah included the sons of Judah, Benjamin and Levi. The House of Israel refers to the other 10 tribes/sons and were scattered all around the world after being taken into captivity. The laws of clean and unclean still stand. When Peter saw the vision from God, it was because he was not accepting and gentiles into the way Jesus had taught.
Dimecat 10 months ago
@tweezy100 Peter considered gentiles to be 'unclean', note Acts 10:28 which explains Peter was not to refuse fellowship to gentiles. Our Lord was not resurrected on a Sunday as tradition holds. If He were to have died on Friday, again as tradition holds, there is no way he could have been dead for 3 days and 3 nights. The cave was empty when they arrived - Jesus had already risen - on the Sabbath. The Sunday resurrection is another erroneous teaching. Peace and knowledge to you.
Dimecat 10 months ago
Mat 28:1 Now after the Shabbat, as it began to dawn on the first day of the Sabbaths, Miryam from Magdala and the other Miryam came to see the tomb.
Mar 16:1 When the Shabbat was past, Miryam from Magdala, and Miryam the mother of Ya`akov, and Shalomit, bought spices, that they might come and anoint him. Mar 16:2 Very early on the first day of the Sabbaths, they came to the tomb when the sun had risen.
Feast of First Fruits, not "sunday worship".

The proper translation should be "ON THE FIRST DAY OF THE SABBATHS"(yes, plural sabbaths), cause you count 7 SABBATHS BETWEEN FEAST OF FIRST FRUITS AND PENTECOST
redsox141978 1 year ago
redsox141978 1 year ago
@redsox141978 Acts 20:6 tells us clearly he was in the Spring Feasts;
Act 20:6 We sailed away from Philippi after the days of Unleavened Bread, and came to them at Troas in five days, where we stayed seven days.
So he was celebrating FIRST FRUITS, the day Messiah resurrected as FIRST FRUITS OF THE RESURRECTION, and was COUNTING 7 SABBATHS TO PENTECOST.
This isnt about "FIRST DAY OF THE WEEK", its about FIRST DAY OF THE SABBATHS"
Feast of First Fruits.
So "sunday" celebration is a LIE.
