what kind of tracks did you buy that they get worse every time you wash them? you probably need to get a refund because they obviously don't care about customer service. I remember when I bought some tracks from the hair store near my house and they smelled good and they were $ 10 tracks.
someone said that they had to do an intense wash and a deep conditionin with baking soda, vinegar, palmers deep conditioner, and oxy clean to get the smell out.

i had to soak mine in fabric softener then in a palmers coconut protein pack to get the smell out. but the hair is wonderful.
