As for the ducks, if you are living in any of the rooms facing the lake you WILL get to know the geese more than anything (they are a noisy bunch).

Hehe I found this kind of hilarious, with the long panning shots from the sky and the grass and the piano Final Fantasy music.
Anyway moving to Lakeside this October look forward to the ducks! :P.
