Umm, the way she described the Mumford & Sons video I was expecting some kind of mind-blowing CGI effects. It was good, but it was just a bunch of guys, probably a band of musicians themselves, miming along to the another band's song.

Love your music video choices, Annie. They happen to be some of my top selections of best videos ever. I never heard of Mumford and Sons, never heard the song "The Cave" nor watched the band's videos (MTV rarely focuses on music these days. Thanks for posting. I love Robert Palmer and love that video. I'm not familiar with Mumford's so can't speak to motive. Looks like they wanted to live the lyrics of their song. They feel trapped in a relationship. And, I've always loved the way Annie says, "videos".

You can circumvent that obstacle by finding the Mumford and Sons "Cave" video through YouTube's search engine rather than using the direct link provided by Annie. I agree that the country restrictions to viewing videos are highly annoying. YouTube is INTERNATIONAL in scope and yet we can't see ALL posted videos across the board?

It is about time someone gives some credit to the videclips and their directors (Although she does not name them). Some great videos have been made through the years but the filmakers seem to be always quite unknown. Good selection of videos, by the way. My list would be made up by any of the videos made by Sophie Muller, A video called "Ingenting" of the swedish band "Kent", and yes, "God Rest Ye Merry Gentlemen" is not a video, is a piece of art
