@BrotoriousBIG I read that Maverik's design team takes input by their sponsored players so Rabil probably tells them what he's looking for and what he thinks will improve his skills and they design it. Plus they do tons of field runs with different heads before actually releasing the official head. I think they have a video were they talk about it... But I think Paul gets paid as well ;) and hey free gear is not bad either.
