  • Anyone who does not know this piece, just know it's arguably the most difficult piece ever written for bass trombone and orchestra. Most will not dare play this live. Very interesting interpretation. Specifically at 2:41, I've never heard it played that way with a jazz feel. Interesting. The octave drops at 3:34 are done incredibly well. The long tones in the fugue at 8:34 are great and you can still hear the soloist (tough register to play over the orchestra). Well done!

  • The greatest bass trombonist ever to breath air!!

  • Amazing sound! I've been working on this piece as an audition piece and it is definitely impressing. Keep posting, I'm dying to hear what other recordings you will be posting

  • Fantastic! Incredible musicality and technique.
