Another skill point opportunity: keep trying yoru luck by hitting the slot machines with your wrench. If you get the jackpot, you get a skill point. Just make sure to keep your distance after you hit, as the machines also have a chance of exploding and hurting you. Hit multiple machines to speed up the process as well.
