I am a promoter for Visalus. Its kinda funny if this company is so bad why do we have an A- rating with the B.B.B. Why is it the fastest growing company in North America and still growing? Why are we endorsed by many celebrities. I personally know 3 people who have their BMW. I started looking up Visalus when I received a phone call from a distributor (who found my website.....I'm a nutritionist). She sent me a link to a very Hollywood-style YouTube video. That video led me here and thank goodness. Now that I realize this is MLM and their customer service sucks, I will certainly steer clear. Thanks for the heads-up!!!

I've watched lots of videos on visalus. This is one person's opinion. It sounds like she had a really negative experience with customer service and that colored the rest of her experience so that even tho she did lose weight as she had intended, she's very unhappy.

It's interesting that watchers only think something is honest if it's negative. I thought everyone who video'd themselves was being honest---those who had a great experience and those (like this girl) who did not.

I had to return...because something stood out on this video...She claims it does not work, but says you can lose weight by taking 2 shakes a day...wait..ALL the Visalus videos, the site and the distributor tells you what you plan will be like. This is an open opinion without depth and only weak minds will be swayed by this..to bad..because there are allot of people that would be in better health because of Vi but they would not try it because they can be swayed easy.

@malikaharper23 Good job on the weightloss!!! Exactly- a liquid diet will make you lose weight but as soon as you start eatting normally again you will gain the weight back! Best way to lose weight is to work out, and eat a healthy balanced diet.

Do you know what that both parties get to respond and usually the business in question usually will do the right thing or the BBB will lower their accreditation. Did you also know that there are complaints about Home Depot, Lowes, GNC, and every other company that exists with the BBB? cont... #2, You said that the shape mix was a protein shake. FALSE, It is a TOTAL nutrition. There are 12 grams of a tri-srob protein in the mix but that is just a small part of it. You CAN NOT buy anything in the stores with tri-sorb protein because its patented and unique to Visalus,

3. You said you lost 10 lbs in 9 days. THAT is AWESOME. Imagine if you continue for 90 days. We know it will go down. If is goes to 3 lbs a week that would be 44 lbs in 90 days. WOULD THAT CHANGE YOUR LIFE?

Hello, First I want to say that I am "sorry". I am sorry that you had the experience that you did with your start up kit. While watching I noticed some things that you said.

1. Customer service blamed you. That probably should not have happened. The good thing is that the person that signed you up offered to take it back and pay you for it. That to me is EXCELLENT customer service.

personally i love the shakes. at first i was starving but i used to eat HUGE portions of food so once my stomach shrunk a bit i got full off of them but i also add tons of fruit and veggies to mine so that helps with filling you up. i recomend not excercising because u are having lower calories and also the magic bullet makes making shakes extremely fast and easy i loved it. I do agree tho they have bad customer service and are known for messing up orders..

Thank you so much because I was really considering ordering the transformation kit but I like you was skeptical because of all the so-called positive reviews were from new distributors. I did buy just the shake mix for 45.00 from ebay and still feel cheated because it does nothing to control my appetite. I got suckered in and lost 45 dollars but I really appreciate your honesty. @rennyjc There are a few to consider, there is the Vegan protein+, sequel vega whole food meal, there are whey options, No matter what product if you are using it as a meal repacement you WILL lose weight b/c of the drastic lower intake of calories.. I would suggest eatting clean, I lost about 20 lbs in a month on the BBVI shakes but was always starving, BBVI also states their products are completely natural which they are NOT!! @rennyjc I did Iose alot of weight at the begining but as I said, of course you'll lost alot of weight in the beiginng on the BBVI shakes b/c you're taking in less calories, and most of it is water weight at the start. Good luck.
