While managing Charlton I sent a scout out to Argentina. During 6months worth he came back with loads of great players. I've signed on three to my squad. One of them is a RM called Pedro Ramirez who is now 17 and is level 68, he helped me beat Everton 5-3 by scoring a hatrick.

Holland is also a great place. I now have a 16 year old 6'5" goalie and a 70 rated 18 year old RB called Daan Saejis.

One to RUSSSSIAAAAAA i have got a 69 rated, 16 year old Centre Back with a minimum potential of 85 and i get a load of minimum 80s which is greeeaaaaat. CB is worth £8million.

Also send a scout to Spain as i get One player with a potential of 83+ every two or three months. I got a striker who was 16 rated 64 with a minimum potential of 86 which was brill, he is worth like £10million as he is now a rated 70

Send them to a country you don't have many players from, but have a lot of players, like Belgium. they have a lot of names, and it'll help you keep them apart. if you send them to like Finland or Russia, all the names look the same, and you don't want that :p
