I have to say i don't know anyone who puts on mascara before eyeshadow How can it ruin your eye makeup if you put it on after? Unless you're quite messy with mascara, but with practise you can get better and it doesn't make a mess.

That makes no sense, if your using shimmer powder on your eyes it would fall and stick to the mascara and you'd only have to start your lashes over again.

here's a tip if you like ..

you can put some loose powder under ur eyes

then put ur eye shadow so if any of ur eye shadow drops it'll drop on the powder .. and in the end u can easily just brush it out ..

I know I'm not the one you asked but I found that the best way to clean my brushes was to rinse them with rubbing alcohol. Then simply let the air dry.

In between the colors I found the the left over wipes from my daughter work really well to remove the access powder.
