I have no problems with eating meat. I'm buying farm fresh from now on though. Animals that I know were raised on grass. I live far enough in the country that I can do this. I wish most people would stop buying from the supermarket and drive a littler farther for farm raised. This is sick and totally not necessary.

I went vegan for a day and threw up since I had no meat. PETA=People Eating Tasty Animals. I love meat. Especially beef, lamb, pork, fish, and poultry. This video is somewhat true, but shows the worst farmers. I don't approve inhumane practices of livestock. That is just wrong and gives livestock producers a bad name. But these animals have to be slaughtered for us to eat them. Sorry it's the truth.

@Osamabindansker e.g an animals whose throat has been slit wont feel pain if this is done properly.. within a few seconds after alot of bloodloss the animals looses all conciousness if any left and the bloodloss from the brain results in them not feeling pain at all . the spasms you notice in these animals is a mechanism of the muscles trying to draw blood to themselves, not them writing out of pain .. which ofcourse just speeds up the whole blood loss process.

And a little side note: Veganism and vegetarianism is not the solution to this. Is some ways, maybe, but everyone going vegan or veggie is not gonna fix animal cruelty. You want to know what's really cruel? Everyone becoming vegan would essentially remove the need for meat. If nobody ate chickens, pigs, cows or fish, their population rates would drop exponentially. If you though it was cruel to beat them and kill their children, try driving them to f*cking extinction. THEN see who's the monster.
