Ok so Plax should not have had a gun, but plenty of players and people in general have guns for protection. People want to convict him because he potentially could have hurt others, while this is the case he didnt and Plax made a mistake. Jail is for criminals who are a threat to society and committed a crime. Plax is not a criminal, just a person who made a mistake, but unfortunately people want to make an example out of him and make him suffer the maximum penalty.

I'm 100% white. I think he's penalty is way too harsh. To my knowledge, he's never had a brush with the law before. What he did is illegal. I don't know the sentencing guidlines, but 3 days in jail and 2 years probation "feels" about right.
