I just phone ordered the bag through bergdorf and goodman, which is located in NY, but before i called them i had emailed a bergdorf and goodman associate and had him send me pictures of the type of bag i was interested in. From there i decided which bag i wanted and called them up and placed my order over the phone. The process was fairly easy since they already had the bag i wanted.. I hope that helps! @naly3782 Hmm well i would suggest either a balenciaga work, Chanel gst, or Louis vuitton neverfull. Yet this all depends on what purpose the bag would be for. These options are great for everyday bags and Since you're a mom these options are great for holding snacks, a diaper, and an extra shirt or two. If carrying a lot of stuff isn't a big factor then the Chanel classic flap is versatile as well as classic, or the louis vuitton trevi pm is a great option as well. I hope that helps! :)

Once you are on the forum click on the chanel link and then click on chanel shopping, from there click on recommended sales associates and scroll down to bergdorf and goodman and joseph costello is who i ordered my bag from.. his number and email are next to his name. @icechickmo i would try either anns fabulous finds dot com, or fashionphile, yoogis closet etc.. but these are consignment pre used bag websites, for brand new chanel bags the only way to get purchase them is at chanel boutiques, over the phone , or going to high end department stores.. hope that helps!

Well this bag is made of caviar leather so it resists scratches better than lambskin which is easily scratched, so i would go with the caviar leather.. as for maintenance, i tend to be careful with my bags so if you take care of it it should last you a long long time. @DasiaF I think you have to call the store. Chanel bags cannot be purchased online (Chanel does that as a means to continue the tradition of exclusivity of the product).

@chubbicheeksxT If you order from bergdorfs by phone or online you wont get charged tax because the only bergdorfs is located in NY so if you do that you wont get charged tax but if you order from like saks or neimans you will get charged tax because most likely they have those stores in your state. Although if you physically walk into bergdorfs the actual store you will get charged tax because you are in the state of NY even though your not a NY resident.. Do you see what i mean?
