What the hell? Why is there so much focus on Baldwin? Why does he even need to be there? And at that, why is his problem more central in the plot then the mess with Diesel 10's homicidal rampage?

This movie is called "Thomas and the Magic Railroad", not "Manchild and the Magic Railroad".

So far everything here is just dumb. Who sends an obviously dim girl, alone, on a train? Why does James act like such a child when he's supposed to be a pompous, vain adult? Where's the island's entire staff?
