@altariak I would have if I had the necessary romhacking skills. The only experience I had was changing the map and tile type. Also, the rom was unchanged since I got it. I played through it a bit and also found some of this stuff really strange.

Oh, well. I've gotten questions from my fans about why their ROM is weird.

A cheat code wouldn't make the legendaries spawn. Scripting in the rom makes the battle occur. I should know, I'm making a Pokemon hack myself.
