  • @ClassicalRay good choice! Volume 1 is a great addition to P90X/+/Insanity/etc. Great workouts to sub in and out of your routines to make some great hybrids!

  • Just did Plyo Legs for the first time today. I'm very proud of myself. I was actually able to survive 3 minute wall squats and min 40 sec single leg wall squats, although those last 20 secs of single leg were a bit dicey. My only criticism is there are way too many long breaks. My heartrate was down to the 120s by the time he'd start up again. I could see listing the moves and doing them on my own in the future to eliminate all those transitions.
