  • this doesnt look healthy to me, why not use fresh vegetables if available?

  • I made this for my family for dinner tonight! They ABSOLUTELY LOVED it. Thanks so much!

  • Oh yea..I carmelized red onions first instead of using onion powder and it was delish!!

  • Wow I just made this as well today and I love it!! Soo yummy now that's its getting colder in the New England :o)

  • Just made this! SOOO good. Thanks Rachel :)

  • If you have any yummy fish recipes that would be great : )

  • This looks really good. I don't like tomato soup plain, but with the chicken it gives it a different look. I'm going to try this. And people on here need to stop being so negative they're just trying to help and give their tips and suggestions.

  • Made this for my family tonight! It's amazing. I already had my bowl

  • Do you have any ideas on meals for kids who live in college dorms and only have a microfridge (microwave and fridge)?

  • A spinach lasange ( can't spell )

  • vegetarian parties

  • i love these recipes PLEASE KEEP THEM COMING!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • Have you ever considered becoming vegetarian Rach?

  • I'm sorry but I the only fresh ingredient is the chicken. It is not junk food but neither healthy.

The same soup with fresh tomatoes, real onion... would be awesome :)

  • @IKnowA84

    it's healthy.

what about unfresh vegetables makes them less healthy.

it's the same thing just older, it's not like the healthy substances just evaporate.

  • I thumbsed-up for cutting tomatoes with scissors:)

  • Everyone here talking about how on the new blog photo Taryn's arm looks photoshopped and Rachel is too skinny and that they both look like "bones" is being just plain rude. Taryn has lost some weight recently and I for one am really happy for her and proud of her. Rachel is naturally thin as she explained in another video's comments. I don't care what you look like, how fat or thin you are, because it truly doesn't matter and saying that about them is rude and on the whole simply mean.

  • This sounds and looks really good, I am in my 30's(gasp) but this sounds like the perfect lunch to take to work. I have been tring to lose weight for just over a year and am down 65 pound and have another40 or so to go and have been looking for new fun yummy recipes thank you

  • Thanks for the recipe! I love it! I hope you keep them coming :) I made your muffins today and they are delish!

  • Try some good vegetarian/vegan meals? :)

  • @KayteeisLuv17 Great idea! I'll get right on that! :)

  • it would be so much better if you used real onions, and real tomatos.....

So much fast ingridients are bad for health and the taste is not original.

  • @lilyyyyyyyyyy I agree that adding real onion would've been wonderful however, Chris hates onion so that was out of the question. As for the tomatoes, canned tomatoes release more lycopene than can be found in fresh tomatoes. They were unsalted, 100% tomatoes. When fresh tomatoes are hard to come by, canned tomatoes are a great alternative.

  • hey, i really like the new blog design! BUT taryns arm looks really photoshoped. it looks tiny and you can't see any muscle.. why would you do that? =(

  • @jojoherz

so does Rach. they both looks like bones - you can tell it was photoshopped. badly. :/

  • Comment removed

  • @jojoherz What I actually did was use the "magic wand" button in photoshop to cut away the background from Taryn. I'm not a professional so I'm sorry you feel that it looks bad. It's all Taryn though... you can see in the photo in the "About" section. She's fit, healthy and beautiful. I would never intentionally make us look thinner or more muscular than we are naturally. That would kind of go against what we're about here don't you think?

  • isn't there a lot of sodium in the salsa and tomato sauce? otherwise this looks delcious! :)

  • Great recipe, next time try adding about a teaspoon of sugar, cuts through the acidity of all the tomatoes really well (we've always done this in my family so I thought I'd make a suggestion haha) xx
