I just started a batch of this tonight. Only thing is, I accidentally got the Red Star Pasteur Red instead of the Montrachet specified in the recipe. I am sure it will turn out excellent though. It's bubbling away nicely.
@purplemutantas This last batch I made I used 180 grams of dextrose for 1 gallon. This time I had a hydrometer. OG: 1.062. FG: 1.000. I also used the Montrachet yeast this time. Good stuff! I think this will be a regular in my fermenter.

Sometimes you get a bad packet of yeast. You can restart your brew with another fresh pack. Ask your local beer store and they will help you.

scaboOo, you are not a Frankfurter. Das Stoeffche ist was besonderes. Cidre is cider, this is the National Drink of Frankfurt.
