I love how it crescendos and then backs off....and the crescendos again! It kind of gives an image of running through the woods-you see a flash of the scarecrow, and then he disappears into the darkness again, lurking and waiting for the perfect moment to strike...

i think ive seen this before...if i remember correctly, Scarecrow didn't get as much publicity as all the other horror films did....
