Im a bit lost on the cbr1000rr of 2009. My friend has one with an underseat exhaust, electronic steering damper(factory) and a hydraulic clutch, all standard on the 2009 models in the uk so what's going on?
In the US, there were no underseat exhausts or hydraulic clutches on the 1000rr's for 08 and up unless its custom made. Sounds like your friend has an 07' model 1000rr, or a 600rr instead, 600's still have undertail exhaust.
Well I'm 6 feet and I can touch the floor with both feet on the CBR1000rr, but only on my toes. So u might have to lean on one side to hold the bike up.

From the look of your swingarm yours is burning alot of oil, some of them have a had recalls I think it's something to do with the clutches, there has been a few engine failures whatever it was.
Originally Honda were saying you were ok as long as it's not using more then a litre per 1000 miles which seems mad to me.

Well guys the deal with the chicken strip being like that is cause back in april I came home from iraq for 2 weeks and I had just bought the bike.. I took that video two days after i got it.. the exhaust is a full exhaust. and the juice box is just a fuel managment box.. yeah the stickers are coming off ! When I get back home.

For the average rider on the street theyre all pretty close( at least on paper ) but i hear everbody saying you can flick the 1000 cbr like its a 600. I think that might cut down on lap times.
