dont worry husky, that test with the dogs was broken for you from the start. The TNT was supposed to open a hole in that wall for you to go through where there would be a chest full of bones so you could tame wolves. Also wolves need grass to spawn so once you broke all the grass and killed the wolves you screwed yourself.

Water physics (did I spell that right? I don't think I spelt that right.) changed in the 1.6 beta update. Boats no longer go up a water fall if it's near a block, and goes very slowly if there's no blocks. (this info was brought to me etho)
