Hey Sweetie, Yup. Also it's about being inspired and feeling as good as much as possible along the journey. Of course there will be challenges but challenges are just awesome opportunities for self-growth. Congrats on your decision.
fill up my belly...lol! I am terrified of men thinking i'm sexy too at times! Crazy...wonder how many of us it is like that for?! I ADORE you!!!! You are a pleasure to get to know better...every time!
OH MY GOSH!!!! After I talked to you I looked up your old vid's...this is it EXACTLY!! Do you know when I was very young, I would get anxious...didn't know what that was at the time, but you know, the butterflies in your tummy, along with a little tension between your ribs. I thought it was hunger or thirst, so I would run to the sink, and try to drink enough water to make it go away! Now of course I know it wasn't hunger or thirst at all, but still have that old habit to make it all better.
I just watched this video of mine...lol...WOW! Yes it's interesting that I'm not turning to food when I'm stressed or sad or when I was mourning this Love loss. That is a breakthrough. In the past every single time I would feed myself for comfort missing the one I loved and stuffing my emotions with food and then crying myself to sleep. It didn't happen this time. I would email him telling him I missed him w/o a reply and then I would cry myself to sleep. I skipped the "feeding part:
You are a brave women to share your struggles. Most people would be ashamed to share that type of information. I think you did a good thing by doing that because it let use know that there is way out .I to had my share of pain I now I am able to use it as a witnessing tool to draw people closer to God. You will be a great motivational speaker for teenage girls because they need someone like you. People are drawn to beauty and that you are. They will listen. Great job:-) keep it up
Thank you so much for sharing this. I am not ashamed of what I go through in my life. Pain is a real part of life...an element that creates transformation in the evolution of the individual, in a human being. We forget that. We always focus on the results, the end...We cannot ever deny the beauty of process.
He has 4 clips, and one is with Joanne who was a binge eater. He wrote "Shrink Yourself" and has a wonderful 12 week course on stopping emotional eating. He certainly covers what you are talking about.
Very funny. I guess it does look that way? LOL. So you're being borderline mean but oh well...I guess that's what some people do. They're not in this world to inspire others. Have a great weekend.
Hi...I have done this protocol IM injections. I'm posting another video as I write but I just read that they're not allowing any videos longer than 10 minutes. My video is 11 minutes long. Yikes. So I'm wondering if it's going to be rejected altogether or just cut out anything after the 10 min mark. We will see.
Loving the honesty!

I think it's prevalent. My friend Zoe feels that way when she hits a certain weight also.
