  • Read your contact don't assume you know what it says if you have 80% roaming they can cancle your accout and they let you out of your contact the early termination fee is waved

  • I'm in the process of that happening right now. I have the 69/mo unlimited everything (but with 450 talking minutes) plan. But because I was roaming (?) or using too much data (even though they supposedly offer unlimited data on this plan), I was cancelled. Now they have given me a 7-day grace period to change my service to another provider... after 10 years with these fukkers, this is the thanks I get???????

  • hey in 2008/09 I had the simply unlimited plan with sprint they screwed me over and now have me so called black listed from having service with them because there rep. lied to me if your interested in knowing more let me know i would like more then anything to make THAT company be held accountable for there actions

  • I had the same problem, terminated me saying I was over the roaming data plan for my phone even though it says it is an unlimited data plan for regular and roaming use....isnt it considered the 5GB/300MB plan instead? My bills even state xxxxxMB/Unlimited next to both of those entries and sales reps said there was no limit when they sold me my phone. I had 5 months left on my contract. Iheartradio and Pandora will bite you in the ass if you use Sprint.

  • you didn't read your plan correctly man.. ahah, there's no free roaming minutes at all. you even get charged for calling business phones or house phones. But, if you call cell phones you have free minutes on that.

  • @75jkauffman lol and who would be the brave soul to engage in that endeavour

  • If you are roaming that much you need a new carrier anyway. If any of you read the terms, it clearly says there is a limit to roaming.

  • if sprint did this to my mom i would be happy, sell our phones and convince my mom to get verizon

  • They sent me the three months of alleged abuse letter yesterday. They said if I keep abusing my roaming minutes they will cancel my contract - 1 year and 7 months left.

  • @propagandatechniques they actually called me on my phone...they turned my phone off...they do not charge a cancel fee when they do this, they breach the contract, if you want it back on tell them to agree not to charge you a cancel fee if you decide to terminate it yourself, thats what i did, then 3 months later got verizon...best move i ever did

  • @prime65352 I got a bluetooth and hung the phone in a window. Now I never have to roam and my monthly fee is still less than anything verizon offered.

  • Why doesn't Sprint offer federal/military discounts on this plan? I read that the Telecommunications Act of 1996 requires all carriers to provide discounts for all federal employees past and present.

  • @Naqshinoor They do... but you have to know about it and ask for it. They aren't obligated to offer it or tell you about it. They're counting on peoples ignorance of discounts to keep from having to give them.

  • @MystehMonz I'm in the army and I asked them for it many times, both over the phone and in the store. They keep giving me the answer that there are absolutely no discounts on the simply everything plan. I even filed a complaint with the FCC and I just got a letter from sprint saying that I would be happy to know that I can have a discount on any other plan. It's strange.

  • Sprint screwed me in the ass too, did I tell you the story?

  • no , you never told me the story
