Oh,i didnt even begin to make my case for why Frank isnt a phsycopath.If you think about it,at later levels in the game,say 15-16,you are physically able to kill Brad.Brad is the one who gets the food back to the security room.Frank wants food?Frank can kill Brad and get his food.Hes not a phsyco because of his physical restraint in not killing the man with the food.

People call Frank a pshycopath,i dont think he is.He can survive 72 hours in a mall full of zombies,crazy's,and special forces soldiers(Extremely well armed,and trained,i might add.).Think about it...could YOU survive?I KNOW i couldnt.Having to deal with Adam,or the vietnam war dude,id just shoot them.Frank...he survived 3 days...quite simply thats amazing.
