Actaully, in lebanon it is also Bigger, and way way Thiner. The thing is, they are not making Saj bread, they are making Saj Manaqeesh. Just incase you don't know what that is, its like a sandwhich and you can put zaatar on it.Lol i was hungry also, so I ate saj bread about an hour ago.I was in lebanon this summer (al7amdolilah) and my aunt made me 4 big bags of saj bread,I have one bag left =[, yummy
