if you don't have the right video card that supports this game then you should just leave the game on the shelf. I bought this game for my computer and my video card didn't support it, so my game kept crashing and whenever I went to the settings to make my graphics have better detail the game crashed everytime the neighborhood was loading.

You'll eventually give into sims 3. It has been every hardcore sims player to be able to control their sims in real time without the loading screens!
