can buy them in the uk, but there are numerous different brands that sell them, personally i think you missed a beat trying this on a window case you really need a thick silent case like the antec p280.
I live in a japanese apartment with a japanese roommate who just sleeps with his computer on and the walls are paper thin and it sounds like a jig saw or a vacuum cleaner...arrgg...i am a more sensitive sleeper than him...he even sleeps with his lights on...what a weirdo...should I just flick the breaker switch to his room? :P

@250mxrider haha. I feel you. i can't sleep with any sort of noise in my room either. have you tried ear plugs?
