Hi Ann, nice to see you again, talking to the goats and all. Yep, "this is perfect how it is" is an excellent banner to put in front of everything. My busy mind was pinging around in greater frequency as well the more I tried to focus on making/evaluating every thought. As soon as I let them be what they are and focus on the perfect of now (best I can) the energy stopped echoing so much. All is well and say hi to the goats from Tennessee. Marc
@Marcmakefunhavefun LOL yep, i like that after not doing any vids for quite some time i just let it fly and got some fun insights out of watching them...that goat is a SWEETIE pie! my basic idea here that i am in the process of exploring is allowing enough of the freeflow of mind while still being clear about what my desired direction is, and since i am totally free to go do and be as i please it at times is pretty funny to watch the process. thanks for your input.
