Yeah, the way your holding it is a little off, your pressure should be more on the index finger and your index and middle fingers should almost be touching and be on the ball between the narrow part of the seams. You really dont want twist the wrist when you throw it, you should just pronate the wrist in to about 10 oclock and just release through the ball.
