There's where you are wrong. The people in the eastern most region of India namely Assam, Arunachal Pradesh, Manipur, Meghalaya, Mizoram, Nagaland, Tripura are ethnically different from typical Indians. The people in these seven states are predominately Mongoloid race ethnicity. Linguistically their language is of Tibeto-Burman and not Sanskrit. But due to arrival of Aryan, these Mongoloid people also have suffered the same fate as Mongoloid in Nepal ---> Sanskritization !

The video is only making a good point with reference to "Tamu Pye" (gurung ancient book of tradition) which determined that Gurung ethnic group came from Mongolia.
