Add a banana and cut out the cilantro and my kids go nuts for that stuff. I use kale, bananas, water and a date or agave syrup for sweetening. The banana entirely covers the taste of the greens so even picky kids will drink it. If you do it right, its is easy to get all of your veggie servings in one large smoothie...effortlessly!
