I see. Yes. Although there are some corr. games at high levels with this opening. Still, for a weak player like me, I think I get confused when I try to confuse my opponent too much. : )
It seems unsound because I'm sure there are lines that will refute it very easily and leave white with a clear advantage. The beauty of openings like these are that your opponent has almost surely seen no theory and will not have a prepared refutation.
So far I haven't found easy refutations. See my recently add game with another version of this opening. It's tricky for white to get a handle on this.
