This Disney resort is just stunningly; breath-takingly gorgeous - we've been three times now in 2005; 2007 & 2010 (three weeks ago) - can't wait to go back even if the flight for us from the UK is nine hours....

I have been there and it is beautiful. The pool is great. The restaurants are great, the service is wonderful and the shops are wonderful. Only problem is that it is too far from the parks.

this hotel is amazing and to stay here it just tops your disney hotel off perfectly!

you wont want to leave disney if you stay here i only got to stay here for 1 week and that was not enough! many people say its the best hotel in the resort and i 100% agree with them.the theme to this hotel is just outstanding because the atmosphere when your actually there is amazing and the feeling you get when you enter the hotel is the best feeling you will ever get.

AMAZING resort. Absolutely gorgeous, everything from the lobby to the pool, to the eating area, it's beautiful! But expensive, so I'll be sticking with Pop Century next time, haha. ;)

it's such a beautiful hotel! every i go there my family stays there. we just became a vacation club member and this february we're staying at the vacation club homes there. best hotel out of all the resorts there!!!!

I would choose Animal Kingdom lodge over the other hotels at Disney World, but the problem is that it is so expensive!

Stayed here twice, and both times were perfect. Don't forget to explore! There are lots of little hidden areas to relax. We're staying at Wilderness Lodge in December, and sorta sad that we don't be at AKL Jambo House!

Without doubt the best accomidation I have ever stayed in. Everything was perfect, unfortunatley it's hard to make a habit of staying there because it's so expensive! the perfect holiday when we stayed there.

I love that place. It was my best vacation ever. It was also the happiest, it was before my parents divorced. I had really good memories there. It was amazing.

The monorail does not go there. I believe you must use the bus to go anywhere on DW property from Animal Kingdom Lodge, including the Animal Kingdom park.  I am staying there in November. Hope you have a great trip! :)

I stayed here for my honeymoon in August 2008, and it was absolutely one of the best experiences of my life. We were upgraded to a savanna view and there were many animals outside our room. This hotel is beautiful, and Boma (the African buffet) is delicious! Thinking about this place is bittersweet because I loved it so much, and I already want to go back!

I'm trying to convince my parents to having us go there and my sister is getting really impatient becuase she wants to ride the Expedition Everest! She says she's going to make me go too, but it's a sacrafica I can make, although I was scared to death just watching the vids... So, how much is it again for a family of four for like, 5 or 6 days?

I love this resort i stayed here and June and the video on the vacation planner showed it as it is what a great place to stay cant wait till are 2009 where we are planning on staying here again and most likely buying into DVC here!!

Animal Kingdom Lodge is absolute amazing experience from the rooms to the restaurants to the pool. And can't forget the Animals, right outside our balcony.

Disney Vacation Club, the timeshare unit of Disney, announced in October that it is building over 400 new villas at Animal Kingdom Lodge. Two floors of the hotel are being converted to villas. First will open in 2007 with the project being completed in 2009. New restaurant will also be added. Awesome.

I stayed here during my stay at Disney just this past August. It was FANTASTIC. Will go there again definitely.
