That's wonderful. I'd actually use a multi-bag 'tumor' with various sacs that grow/shrink depending on multiple usages, i.e. CPU, GPU, disk speeds, memory usage, the like to give it more of a complex organic feel. I'd love to know how you made it and how it stands up to extended use.

Also you can use pulsating movement to work also as a pump for heat transmitting medium (preferably water) - all you need is 2 one way valves - that would simplify device complexity increasing reliability and reducing manufacturing price...

But if it's only purpose is to show how stressed is CPU there is nothing interesting about it... - because it isn't then really a part of computer - only computer controled accesory.

Another thing is that it could be used for cooling purposes - because the bigger it get the more heat it can dispatch. If surface is covered in net of "veins" it could be considered part of heat-sing(water-cooling) xD
