Here is what my friend in Pittsburg said: The police rounded up students who were minding their own business on their college campus. The students were surrounded on all four sides and told to disperse. Any movement toward the police was considered an attack. Not moving was considered ignoring a police order. Either way, they were subject to arrest.
Because people would want the police to have a minimal presence- if at all, so that they can 1. wreak havoc, and 2. say "see- the government doesnt really care". None of them would admit that, but its true. Its a Catch 22 for police. These people wanted to walk right up to the world leaders, but of course they cant, so they cause trouble. If law enforcement is ordered to clear an area, you are disobeying a lawful order. Here is what my friend in Pittsburg said: The police rounded up students who were minding their own business on their college campus. The students were surrounded on all four sides and told to disperse. Any movement toward the police was considered an attack. Not moving was considered ignoring a police order. If law enforcement is ordered to clear an area, you are disobeying a lawful order. If police feel that there may be an incident near a meeting such as this G20 (which by the way I think was crap and a travesty being held on American soil) they will clear it. Communism killed far more than Nazism at least Nazis had a private economy and gun rights which were taken away after 1945. Our government acts communist they go after our gun rights and bail out banks nationalizing corporations etc. This Cap & Trade bill is completely communist.

Hitler killed his own people who ran away and tried to flee. People, Stalin killed maybe around 25 to 30 million people but Hitler killed around 20 million people, from political prisoners, to jews, to gays, to religious people, to pols, to slavs, he experimenting on children and women in camps. He used jewish children as target practices.
He didn't allow people to have guns, he didn't respect womens rights, he forced them to stay home and cook for a living and women

But Stalin did some good things and at least he had a motive and a belief that would in his mind benefit his country and his people. But he was twisted, but he gave jobs to many people, even though they didn't get paid well, he got them many jobs. he gave kids and people education and healthcare.
