How come when I swim from a sweet water river into the sea I can taste the difference until it is all salt water?

The title reminds me of the two verses from the Sura Al Rahman, "Marajal Bahrain-e-Yaltaqiyan, Baynahoma Barzakh-ul-La Yabghyan." Allah brings closer the two bodies together, and yet can keep them separated by a thin membrane. The two bodies of water could imply to actual water, day and night, life and death, physical and spiritual self. Wallahu Aalam!

As stated, Allah made all living things & animals from water, & human from essence of water & clay. Pure water is H2O, hydrogen (lightest & most existence) with 1 electron & oxygen with 2,6 electrons, 1+(2,6)+1 form a symmetry symbol in arabic numbers.

Imagine a clay jar filled with water, the water will evaporate when heated by fire but by itself will extinguish the fire. Pure water will let light pass through it. Why do human need to drink water at least 5 times a day? Why do we need oxygen to breathe??

The saltiest & lowest water level is at ~420m below sea level & at ~320m deepest lake is the Dead Sea in Israel. Why???
