The one scene that scares the ever loving hell out of me, other than this scene (Straight from My Heart, Fucker!), is the first time you hear "In Dreams" and Frank flinches at 3:00. It looks like he could have been normal for at least a minute until that flinch, the pain that wipes back onto his face is terrifying. A fantastic movie all around.

I went to the theatre and seen this with my girlfriend back when it opened and man, it was a mindfuck. My girl, now my wife, was getting pissed because I acted like Frank for two weeks at least. "Candy Colored Clown" was on my lips constantly. The movie is so strange, but a classic picture of insanity. I highly recommend watching it. That and you get to view at length Isabella Rossellini's dark patch. She's Ingrid Bergman's baby! Hot shit!
