I said you don't have to make a lengthy or career commitment, or see combat. Further, an illegal alien student doesn't have to attend a real college to obtain residency under this legislation. Two years at a community college will do, and there is absolutely no requirement of a bachelors degree.

Look up the requirements. It's all there and it's very clear.

You evidently need to do your research a lot more. Undocumented students DO need to have had graduated from a U.S. high school (diploma), and they DO need to attend college. The "opportunity" you describe is laughably simple to complete. 2 years at a JC (not a real college, not a 4 year institution). My dog could acquire 60 units at a community college. Further, those going into the military need not see combat or even get close to a battle field.

I used to work in the SGV, and at that time, the going rate to marry a Chinese woman was 30K. The families would pool the money together b/c it was that valuable to them.
