That statement "dont pay taxes in there life" is really not true. There is so many people in this country that dont pay taxes...not just illigals. And anybody with the name of Huizlopochtli (Spelling?) , the Aztec war god who demanded massivee human sacrifice-learn the names of the Aztec gods and their purposes since they always seem to
Cont: These SCHOOLS are also a big part of the problem. They cater to ILLEGAL ALIENS and allow chapters of LA RAZA, MEChA and others to teach the agenda of: RECONQUISTA-AZTLAN in our schools.
That's why the students act so militant and disprectful. on MAY DAY and other AMNESTY-DREAM ACT marches, They proudly wave their Mexican flags, disrepect the USA flags, foist their flags up, put ours on the bottom, fly ours upside down, use them as diapers and have signs like "Europeans have been
These illegal aliens are NOT our friends and the only reason they wave around any U.S.A. flags at all is because they were told it "looked bad" to be flying so many Mexican flags....so any USA flags being waved ARE USED ONLY AS PROPS!
Some LIVE OAK HIGH, MORGAN HILL, CA Mexican students were "dismayed" by the USA flag. At another school, a kid's flag was removed by some teacher (or facility member) because it might "offend' somebody.
The SCHOOLS are also a big problem as they have ..
Speaking of Racism, here's a motto the Pro-ILLEGAL ALIENS have: "For the Race everything, for those outside the Race, nothing."
Then, there's RECONQUISTA, AZTLAN and the Plan of San Diego. Reconquista and Aztlan is about reclaiming the lost territory of Mexico (which we bought) ranging from the state of (CA to CO and TX).
Also, beware of this movie called, MACHETE. The actor menacingly says, "This is Machete with a Cinco de Mayo Message for Arizona." This came out on MAY DAY (May 1st).
Also, learn about La Raza. Hmm, they have the nerve of making accusations about Racism but their very name means (The RACE). They "claim" it means people but in any dictionary I saw, that was (GENTE).
Also learn about: MEChA, LULAC, MALDEF, Jorge Ramos, Nativo Lopez, the Brown Berets, the Mexica Movement, La Voz de Aztlan, the Spanish Media (Telemundo, La Oferta, Piolin, El Observador, El Advisador, etc). Learn some Spanish so you know what they're saying.
There is NOTHING untrue in what the host of this article says. Just research it.
If anybody says this is Racist, how's this? Mexico enforces its immigration laws and and is currently building a fence with Guatamala. I'm not hearing any accusations of Racism, Nativism or Xenophobism directed their away.
Remember Napolitano's immigration policies and how we're being treated like GOYIM CATTLE at the airports while the ILLEGAL ALIIENS are above it all. They don't even have to go through all this. All they have to do is answer a kiosk and get their biometrics and they're good to go through the airports.
NAPOLITANO also greatly approves of the DREAM ACT, yet it is her policy to still leave our Borders as WIDE-OPEN SEIVES and adamately refuses to enforce our immigration laws.
Remember that EVERY time you go to an airport and you're forced to undergo CHERTOFF"S Rapiscan strip-search machines and-or molestative groping.
@MsLadyXTC You're wrong. To qualify for the DREAM Act, a GED will suffice, and no one said they didn't have to join the military. I said you don't have to make a lengthy or career commitment, or see combat. Further, an illegal alien student doesn't have to attend a real college to obtain residency under this legislation. Two years at a community college will do, and there is absolutely no requirement of a bachelors degree.
Look up the requirements. It's all there and it's very clear.
These people say that because they were born here by ILLEGAL ALIENS that they should recieve FREE passes to items WE Americans born here by LEGAL parents pay for???
@MsLadyXTC You are probably one that expects to benefit from the "Dream Act". There is nothing un-true in this presentation. The ability to abuse our system is at the top of the reasons that any and all of the supporting organizations are pushing it. If any illegal had ANY integrity at all they would to home and re-enter your country legally. However, taking a free ride and disrespecting our country is what is the usual attitude of illegal migrants in America. This is sad but true !
@GladeneE You epect too much from these FUCKING MOOCHERS ~ HERE IS A DAM FACT ON COST TO NEW YORK PUBLIC SCHOOL SYSTEMS GOOGLE [ COST PER CHILD FOR PUBLIC SCHOOL NEW YORK CITY } A``` & KISSTHEY CAN MY ASS IM DONE PAYING FOR THESE FUCKING CRIMINALS ```1 COST PER ilegal CHILD IN PUBLIC SCHOOL IN NnEW YORK IS $14,000.oo $14,000.oo time 12 years = 160 thousand fucking dollars PLUS 120,000.oo FOR COLLEGE OR IN FACT $280,000.oo WHICH IS MORE THAN 1/4``` FUCK THESE MOOCHERS
Illegals have a unique, gangster-style vision of the American Dream - emboldened by globalist corporatists who can’t do without their indentured servants. In the illegal’s corrupt minds, it makes perfect sense, logically & morally, to ignore America's borders & laws (immigration, employment, income tax, & other laws stopping them from pursuing their greater objective). They feel entitled to pursue their own personal enrichment @ the expense of the American citizen, worker & taxpayer.
@Chilango805 What you suggest would be better but still unacceptable. Amnesties don't stop illegal immigration. We learned that in 1986. By the way, the DREAM Act is not for "immigrants." It's for illegal aliens.
They should take every person who signs up for the dream act and put them on a fucking ship and drop them off in Africa and let them build up that scum hole of a country instead of bringing these fucking criminals here and letting them have 9 kids each ...
~!
Two mexicans on my block have 11 fucking welfare kids and they are not even 30 years old & som of the kids are 16 or 17 years old...they start fucking & pumping out welfare checks at 13 years old...
The US has enough problems as it is without the addition of ppl who have little, if any, respect for life or law. Illegals come here, crowd 02494 families into 1 residence, pay 1 property tax, depreciate land values, send 09293 children to school of whom half of will drop out of before graduation, overwhelm the social services, drive down labor wages, destroy educational standards, suck up welfare while popping out kid after kid they can't support, & commit a FEDERAL CRIME by just being here!
You evidently need to do your research a lot more. Undocumented students DO need to have had graduated from a U.S. high school (diploma), and they DO need to attend college. That's the whole point of your so called "amnesty"--- which is clearly debunked, as this is an OPPORTUNITY, not an amnesty. Amnesty is when you can automatically become a citizen. This on the other hand is a simple opportunity given to children who through no fault of their own are stuck in this unfortunate situation.
@jxcelynn You're mistaken, thoroughly. A H.S. diploma is not needed. The DREAM Act applies even to people holding GED's. Further, it is a dressed-up amnesty. The "opportunity" you describe is laughably simple to complete. 2 years at a JC (not a real college, not a 4 year institution). My dog could acquire 60 units at a community college. Further, those going into the military need not see combat or even get close to a battle field.
@DerailAmnestydotcom Many on these people want to go to universities, and get a bachelors or higher. Your dog could not get even one unit, your dog couldn't even sound out a letter- what a stupid comment to make.
@DerailAmnestydotcom I wouldn't have bothered if you had not made such an idiotic comparison and comment "my dog could get 60 credits"- you and I both know that's impossible. Stop dehumanizing others by comparing them to dogs- you imbecile.

I think there would be a much more effective use of their education if they were to return to their native country, and help it develop. Those who come from countries south of the border would benefit more if these young educated people helped back home.
Veja - 8 votes in the Senate is horrendous, in a bad way. That is not even remotely close, it is a non-starter, just like Gutierrez amnesty bill. They wont even consider it. To all the kids who are angry about it, yell at the parents.
@b0219u Ignorance is bliss. It goes to show how stupid some Americans are. To try and push away intelligent people who would actually benefit this country and actually give back instead of some "unemployed" lazy Americans. (I quote because I know a lot of American citizens who claim to be unemployed just because they don't want to work because they are LAZY!)
@jxcelynn What is the "intelligence" requirement of the DREAM Act? Holding a GED? Having a 2.0 GPA? Your assertion is laughable. Yes, the DREAM Act will provide an opportunity to academically elite students; but they will be a minority of the beneficiaries. Most will be academically average, mediocre or poor.
I wonder if you would qualify for the dream Act? You seem to be completely confused. It is not intended for a Nobel Laureate, but for every child who was involuntary brought here. It is un-American to irremediably punish them for decisions made by adults many years ago. Support for the DREAM Act has grown each year since it was first introduced. During the 107th Congress in a 52-44 vote in the Senate, the DREAM Act fell 8 votes shy of the 60 votes necessary to proceed with debate on the bill.
I wouldn't need the DREAM Act. My parents didn't violate federal immigration laws. And you're right, the DREAM Act couldn't even muster enough votes to proceed with a full debate. It's a time-tested loser of an idea. There are hardcore supporters, however, and that's why it keeps getting reintroduced.
A slick-talking Cuban-American Politician named Lincoln Diaz-Balart is authoring this thing - his constituency is 90 percent Cuban and 60 percent of those have been here for less than 30 years.
I know - I live in his district (hopefully not for too much longer) ; he is ambitous and will do anything to get elected to higher office - the Cubans and Central Americans are behind him 100 percent - the more he can get over here the better - he is not to be trusted
Deport all the illegals and their anchors. They've sucked the taxpayer dry and the parasites need to go back to their home country and fix it. No more for the leeches.
Having lived most of her life in the USA, she sees herself as American as anyone else. And about legalizing family members, any person can do that. Whereas they would try to legalize people already here, most non-Latino immigrants, especially in the Asian community try to bring family members from outside of the US. I know many of them, because I live in the SGV and many English-limited people have arrived through this manner, but that is not of concern with you, considering your Asian fetish.
You're right. Particularly the mainland Chinese. They know more about getting around immigr. laws than many attorneys. I used to work in the SGV, and at that time, the going rate to marry a Chinese woman was 30K. The families would pool the money together b/c it was that valuable to them. Once a relative gets her foot inside the door (legal residency), it's just a matter of time until they can get the whole family in. And that's exactly what the DREAM Act would accomplish.
Wow, why are you so anti-Latino? And what's up w/ the generalizations? What was that....unwed 23yr old w/ kids from two fathers??? I know someone dear to me that is hoping for such legislation to pass. She was brought to the LA area at the age of 5 and has become American through institutions like schools. Now, in her mid 20s, and working as an MA for a SGV surgeon and attending a local university bc of te CA dream act, she hopes that this could become her opportunity to legalize her status
Oh please, spare me the race baiting. If you wish to present your argument, do so w/o the gratuitous name calling. Dude, it's real simple. The DREAM Act is essentially a full-blown amnesty, only slower. Your friend, as nice a she may be, will be able to bring in most of her family w/in 20 years if she gets temporary citizenship. Here's where you and I differ: I don't think families should be rewarded for successfully violating our laws, and I know what the tax bills will be if they are.
The family rule plan exists bc of people trying to reunite w/ spouses, parents, children etc.. Do I agree that it should be removed? No, however, I do believe that ppl exploit that. However, that rule has been there and I don't think it"ll be removed. Any immigrants can bring in family. Are you against all immigration? Btw-All her family lives here already, legal and illegal, so much wil not change
Insofar as the first 4 sentences of your last post are concerned, I agree w/ everything you wrote. And the answer is "No." Why on Earth would I oppose all immigration? Regarding your friend's family, you're right; not much will change for them unless and until the govt. stops treating enforcement of immigration laws as "optional."
My cousin's kid was recently accepted to a CA college. Her Dad just lost his job so they asked the CA college if she could get in-state tuition for just the 1st yr, the school said no. Guess your friend is more important than my relative, sure looks like it to me.
No, she's not more important. However, she's been part of the CA school system and has been living in California since age 5. The CA dream act allows her to pay in-state tuitions.
I have been living in CA and paying taxes here for the last 25 years and I bet my husband and I who both work pay more taxes than your friends folks. Also, we have no children so for all our tax money we have never taken advantage of the public schools here. Why can't I get one year of in-state tuition for my cousins kid who is graduating at the top of her class. Please explain how this is fair.
I'm not saying it's fair. I believe in some standardization of schools and universities where you wouldn't go through this trouble. State officials believed students growing up here who were undocumented deserved to pay in-state tuition. To me it seemed fair. I dont know what tax bracket youre in, but as far as I know she and her mother have been paying taxes since working here.
As a real attorney, I'm surprised you believe that people are going to buy into your representation about being an immigration lawyer, in view of the facts that your Youtube page reveals that A) you're 23, and B) you apparently have considerable time to leave angry comments on other people's videos in the middle of a workday.
Coooool I'm so happy with this law, I hope the congress approves this so significant law! If they do, within the next 4 years I would be able to go to Harvard, Yale, or maybe Princeton MEDICAL SCHOOL, so far I'm a freshment at a senior college in NYC (CUNY). To let DerailAmnestydotcom know, I do pay taxes to the government! TAKE CARE MY FRIEND.... and I'm just curious, which college you went to? if you ever did
Two Questions: When did Princeton get a medical school and what is a "senior college"? Oh, and in response to your inquiry. I didn't finish. I never got past my freshment year.
Thanks for taking the time for this. too bad those seats couldn't have been filled with the examples of people that would get legalization from the DREAM act. You know....Sister Maria with her 4 kids, the two gangland tattoed half brothers, and of course, each of their kids that all need healthcare, WIC, and Food stamps.
Are you talking about Maria Jackson who lives in Detriot, which has the HIGHEST crime rate in America and has a predominantly white and black population???
That bad, huh? What was the "crappy" part of the arguments? The academic requirements aren't low? I'm mistaken? Anchor babies let in through the DREAM Act won't be able to bring in family members? Did I get it wrong? Please, I'm dying to hear all about it. Seeing as how the substance of what I said was apparently so far off the mark, you must have a criticism to voice other than "redneck, whitebread" and "chickenshit."
Great information. What else do the Democrats want to waste our taxes on. American kids can barely afford school and then they compete with the illegals for jobs. But because they may not speak Spanish, the illegals get the jobs. Then they bring their family in from Mexico or where ever they came from. Enough is enough, stop the madness.
So the illegal aliens and their supporters are racist, you're just trying to say you're not racist or the people you defend aren't racsit, you're trying to turn things around.

I know many of them, because I live in the SGV and many English-limited people have arrived through this manner, but that is not of concern with you, considering your Asian fetish.
danielcortega 2 years ago
You're right. Particularly the mainland Chinese. They know more about getting around immigr. laws than many attorneys. I used to work in the SGV, and at that time, the going rate to marry a Chinese woman was 30K. The families would pool the money together b/c it was that valuable to them. Once a relative gets her foot inside the door (legal residency), it's just a matter of time until they can get the whole family in. And that's exactly what the DREAM Act would accomplish.
DerailAmnestydotcom 2 years ago
Wow, why are you so anti-Latino? And what's up w/ the generalizations? What was that....unwed 23yr old w/ kids from two fathers??? I know someone dear to me that is hoping for such legislation to pass. She was brought to the LA area at the age of 5 and has become American through institutions like schools. Now, in her mid 20s, and working as an MA for a SGV surgeon and attending a local university bc of te CA dream act, she hopes that this could become her opportunity to legalize her status
danielcortega 2 years ago
Oh please, spare me the race baiting. If you wish to present your argument, do so w/o the gratuitous name calling. Dude, it's real simple. The DREAM Act is essentially a full-blown amnesty, only slower. Your friend, as nice a she may be, will be able to bring in most of her family w/in 20 years if she gets temporary citizenship. Here's where you and I differ: I don't think families should be rewarded for successfully violating our laws, and I know what the tax bills will be if they are.
DerailAmnestydotcom 2 years ago
The family rule plan exists bc of people trying to reunite w/ spouses, parents, children etc.. Do I agree that it should be removed? No, however, I do believe that ppl exploit that. However, that rule has been there and I don't think it"ll be removed. Any immigrants can bring in family. Are you against all immigration? Btw-All her family lives here already, legal and illegal, so much wil not change
danielcortega 2 years ago
Insofar as the first 4 sentences of your last post are concerned, I agree w/ everything you wrote. And the answer is "No." Why on Earth would I oppose all immigration? Regarding your friend's family, you're right; not much will change for them unless and until the govt. stops treating enforcement of immigration laws as "optional."

My cousin's kid was recently accepted to a CA college. Her Dad just lost his job so they asked the CA college if she could get in-state tuition for just the 1st yr, the school said no. Guess your friend is more important than my relative, sure looks like it to me.
avisferndale 2 years ago
No, she's not more important. However, she's been part of the CA school system and has been living in California since age 5. The CA dream act allows her to pay in-state tuitions.
danielcortega 2 years ago
I have been living in CA and paying taxes here for the last 25 years and I bet my husband and I who both work pay more taxes than your friends folks. Also, we have no children so for all our tax money we have never taken advantage of the public schools here. Why can't I get one year of in-state tuition for my cousins kid who is graduating at the top of her class. Please explain how this is fair.
avisferndale 2 years ago
I'm not saying it's fair. I believe in some standardization of schools and universities where you wouldn't go through this trouble. State officials believed students growing up here who were undocumented deserved to pay in-state tuition. To me it seemed fair. I dont know what tax bracket youre in, but as far as I know she and her mother have been paying taxes since working here.

The Dream Act must be stopped. My tax dollars should go to US citizens, not illegals.

"4. An illegal alien doesn't even need to attend college"
Right, because they have the option of serving in the military, doofus.
As an immigration attorney, I'm glad this legislation will pass this time around.
mistortugas 2 years ago

TAKE CARE MY FRIEND.... and I'm just curious, which college you went to? if you ever did
galvanchristian 2 years ago
Two Questions: When did Princeton get a medical school and what is a "senior college"? Oh, and in response to your inquiry. I didn't finish. I never got past my freshment year.

Thanks for taking the time for this. too bad those seats couldn't have been filled with the examples of people that would get legalization from the DREAM act. You know....Sister Maria with her 4 kids, the two gangland tattoed half brothers, and of course, each of their kids that all need healthcare, WIC, and Food stamps.

Are you talking about Maria Jackson who lives in Detriot, which has the HIGHEST crime rate in America and has a predominantly white and black population???

crappy video, crappy arguments and too much hatred in your limited redneck, whitebread, chickenshit mind.
inform yourself before repeating whatever limbaugh says. the us is going down the tube because of ignorant bastards like you
420purplekush 2 years ago

Enough is enough, stop the madness.
instantword 2 years ago
Dude.......just because you speak Spanish does NOT mean you are undocumented!!!
